The fixed casement is designed specifically to match with operating casement windows. Many customers do not wish to have every window in their house open; preferring the clean finish of glass inside and out. The fixed casement, or sometimes referred to as a high profile window is contoured the same way as an operating casement to maximum style and allow for identical frame sizes to allow paired and groups of windows to look great without forcing the customer to have all windows operational.
